Questions about support and Dev Blocs.
A retainer gives you a fixed number of guaranteed hours every month, with priority response and ongoing oversight of your store. A Dev Bloc is a one-off purchase - a set number of hours you use whenever you have a specific task. Retainers suit businesses with regular ongoing needs. Dev Blocs suit businesses with occasional, unpredictable requirements.
Anything Shopify-related: adding a new page or section, installing and configuring an app, building a wholesale channel, fixing a bug, customising your theme, improving mobile performance, setting up automations, or getting a consultation on your store strategy. If it involves your Shopify store, a Dev Bloc can cover it.
No. We work with merchants who built their stores elsewhere and need reliable ongoing support. We'll audit your store first to understand what we're working with - then we can begin.
Dev Blocs are valid for 3 months from purchase. Unused hours expire at the end of that period. If you find yourself regularly needing support, a retainer is usually more cost-effective - and we'll tell you that honestly if that's the case.
