Every client has a dedicated account manager as their primary point of contact. Depending on your services, you'll also work directly with our SEO specialist, PPC director, or developer. You're not handed to a junior team.
Yes - across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify. Full certifications are listed on individual team profiles. We're a Shopify Partner agency, which requires maintained technical expertise across the team.
We're a team of six. That's intentional - we stay lean so that every client works with senior people. We don't scale by hiring juniors and assigning them to accounts. We scale by being selective about the clients we take on.
